Tess Sholom makes one-of-a-kind jewelry in high carat gold and fine gemstones
herself, at the bench. Each piece is made using the finest goldsmithing techniques and
is crafted with care to last a lifetime. If you treat it well, your Tess Sholom jewel will last
much longer than a lifetime, even when worn and enjoyed every day.
We understand that accidents happen, and we will gladly determine if your jewelry is
defective or needs repair. If your item requires repair, we will repair your jewelry for a
reasonable fee. We are not responsible for any damage to your jewelry due to
negligence or abuse. If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we
release all responsibility for that piece.
CARE & MAINTENANCE OF FINE JEWELRY
Fine jewelry is durable, yet also delicate, and should be treated with care and respect.
Clean jewelry only with warm (not hot!), soapy water and a soft, baby toothbrush. I
recommend blue Dawn dish soap.
Do not expose jewelry to hair and make-up products, household cleansers, or
chemicals.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Repairs are subject to authorization by Tess Sholom Designs. Unauthorized repairs will not be accepted.
